Returns & refunds
If something is wrong with your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
If your print arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us with photos of the product, packaging and shipping label. Please keep the packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
When the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Returns and withdrawal rights
For other returns, contact us within 14 days of delivery where a right of withdrawal applies under consumer law. Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without contacting us first may be difficult to identify and process.
Return shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit. Original shipping costs may not be refundable unless required by law.
Cancellations
Orders are made to order, so cancellation is not guaranteed once production has started. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately and we will try to stop the order before production begins.
