Products

Our products are made on demand. Product images are provided to show the artwork and general appearance of the item. Minor differences in color, cropping, paper tone, or finish may occur because screens and print production processes vary.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct errors, cancel orders affected by pricing or availability mistakes, and refuse orders where necessary. Payment must be completed before an order can be processed.

Shipping

Available shipping destinations, shipping options, and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by production time, carrier delays, customs processing, local holidays, or address issues.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at mika.a.heinonen@icloud.com with your order number and photos.
