Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your print. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us at mika.a.heinonen@icloud.com as soon as possible and include your order number and photos if the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, contact us within 14 days of delivery before sending anything back. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging where possible. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.

Non-returnable situations

We may be unable to accept returns for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, returned without contacting us first, or returned outside the applicable return period. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country or region.
