Thank you for shopping with Hikari Poster Lab. Each order is produced on demand and shipped directly to you through a distributed print production network. The production country can vary depending on the destination address, product availability, production capacity, and the best available shipping route.

Where we ship

Available shipping destinations and shipping costs are shown at checkout. If a destination is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship that order to that address.

Processing and production

Orders usually enter production soon after they are placed. Because every print is made on demand, production time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping options, prices, and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, local holidays, or address-related issues.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges, when applicable, are the customer's responsibility unless they are included at checkout.

Incorrect addresses and delivery issues
