Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Hikari Poster Lab. Each print is made to order and produced through a distributed print production network. The production country can vary depending on the delivery address, selected size, availability, production capacity, and the best available shipping route.

Delivery times at a glance

Most orders arrive in about 5 business days. This is a typical overall estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

  • Standard domestic or local carrier transit: typically 2–4 business days after production.
  • Standard international carrier transit: typically 4–6 business days after production.

The delivery estimate shown at checkout combines production and delivery for the selected print size, destination, and available shipping method. Timing can vary for large orders, remote destinations, holidays, high-volume periods, customs processing, or local carrier delays.

Processing and production

Orders usually enter production soon after they are placed. Because every print is made on demand, production time is included in the end-to-end estimate shown at checkout.

Where we ship and shipping rates

Available shipping destinations, shipping methods, final shipping costs, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before payment. If no shipping method is available for an address, we are currently unable to complete that order.

Tracking and separate parcels

When tracking is available, a tracking link is sent after the parcel is dispatched. It can take up to 2 business days for the first carrier scan to appear. If an order is produced through more than one location, items may arrive in separate parcels with separate shipping confirmations.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless they are included at checkout.

Incorrect addresses and delivery issues

Please make sure the shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us as soon as possible at hello@hikariposterlab.com and we will help review the available options.
